Happy 1st Acoustic Wednesday of '22! Today I'm going with the '77 self-penned Bob Welch hit "Sentimental Lady" - always loved the melody, and now happy to know the *actual* lyrics (who knew the phrase "share the wine" is not in the song?!). Also really interesting to learn about his career in Fleetwood Mac before he went solo. In fact 3 members of the band performed on the studio version of this song, which was actually supposed to be on the band's album in '72. Anyway - hope you enjoy this deep dive into AM Gold!
